up for the cast party. The list is posted on the board at the rink.
Clean
up after the show - help needed
I wanted to take
this opportunity to thank all of you for the time you have
committed to help make Crescendo an ice show to remember.
This is an additional shout for help. I'm putting a call out to all
able
adults to help tear-down and clean-up after the last show on Saturday
evening. We have volunteers scheduled to do the heavy tear down of
the
charity table flooring and replacing the glass. If all other adults
would
pitch in for an hour while the kids are at the Cast Party, we could
have the
entire arena cleaned up in record time! Afterward, all the adults
would be
able to enjoy some time at the Cast Party before going home.
We will need help with moving costumes to storage, folding curtains,
cleaning locker rooms, sweeping, taking out trash, cleaning the bleachers
and generally packing up the show to storage. It is my desire that
we all
pitch in together and get the job done quickly so that we can enjoy
some
time together at the Cast Party.
